At Witley Jones Furniture, we take pride in not only manufacturing high-quality bespoke school furniture but also creating a welcoming work environment that values and supports our team members. This is exemplified in the large number of long-serving members of staff (some of whom have been with us for over 20 years). It is their unwavering commitment that has played a pivotal role in shaping the success of our family business.

We are proud to have Stewart, Heather and David who have been with us for over 20 years. Stewart has worked in a variety of factory roles supporting those working on the assembly benches and in the machine shop. Heather has helped support the Directors through her work in sales, finance and heath and safety. David’s father Ray was a founding Director of the business and so David has worked in pretty much every area of the business since day one. His expertise and experience make him a real asset and he has grown with the business over the last 26 years. When he isn’t in the office designing and programming our projects for manufacture, he can often be found on school sites installing our furniture.

Seven individuals have been with us for an impressive 10 to 20 years and a further seven have reached the milestone of 5 to 10 years’ service. This diverse range of tenures reflects the positive and engaging family ethos and values that we have always lived by at Witley Jones.
