Witley Jones join The Tree Council planting day for Earth Day 2025
To celebrate Earth Day on April 22nd, Witley Jones joined The Tree Council at Oakbrook Community Farm in Stroud for a tree planting and conservation day. Four members of the Witley Jones team—Ben, Liam, Craig, and Josh—volunteered their time to support the initiative and connect with fellow corporate members and Tree Council supporters.
During the day, our team took part in vital activities including mulching, managing vegetation, and repairing protective tree guards. These are crucial to ensure the long-term health of the trees that form part of the farm’s ecosystem.
The event also marked the beginning of The Tree Council’s Trees-Love-Care campaign, which aims to raise awareness about the importance of nurturing newly planted trees and hedgerows, ensuring they thrive and contribute to the health of our local environment.
